Software Support/Implementation Coordinator

The Expedient team require a motivated person with demonstrated experience in the Logistics Industry who is keen to
move into a Software Focused Role.

Key Objectives of the role are:

– Co-Ordinate new and existing customer implementation processes
– Work with the software implementation manager to continually improve the implementation process
– Analyse legacy data for Data Migration into Expedient
– Provide on-going Support to client’s post-implementation
– Provide user and system documentation
